Our story
Built from Oregon relationships.
PNW Property Management was founded in Eugene by a University of Oregon alumnus, with early relationships shaped through Oregon athletics and the broader university community.
Having grown up in Portland, the founder brought a personal understanding of both cities to the company’s earliest work. What began in Eugene expanded naturally into Portland and then Salem, guided by trusted relationships and a commitment to consistent service.
Today, the company manages more than 1,500 doors while remaining focused on those same three markets. Growth continues, but the priority has not changed: reliable operations, clear communication, well-maintained communities, and a management experience owners and residents can count on.
